Meet Balmore Salmeron

 

When Balmore Salmeron moved to the U.S. from El Salvador, he had difficulty communicating in English. Park Place gave him the opportunity to start in the car wash, and promoted him to the service drive as he improved. After Balmore earned his degree, Park Place helped him realize his goal of becoming a financial analyst, and a U.S. citizen.
