I did not buy my Jaguar from Park Place; can you still service my vehicle?
Absolutely. As an authorized Jaguar dealer, we will service vehicles for clients who did not purchase from us.

Does Park Place Jaguar provide loan vehicles?
We do provide loan cars by appointment; when scheduling your service appointment and securing your loan car, all you need to provide is a valid driver's license, proof of insurance and a credit card. Your credit card will only be charged for tolls or violations as outlined in the Service Loan Agreement during the duration of your loaner.

Does Park Place Jaguar detail vehicles?
Absolutely. We do provide detailing services at each of our locations. We also repair minor "dings" by performing paintless dent repair, which does not require extensive body shop work. Our experienced service advisors can provide a better assessment of what is needed.

Our technician will install your spare, bring you 5 gallons of gas if you run out or jump start your vehicle free of charge. Our technician will also repair your vehicle or make arrangements to have it brought to the nearest Mercedes dealership.

PREMIER EXPRESS FAQS

What is Mercedes-Benz Premier Express Service?
A system that allows us to service your Mercedes-Benz vehicle usually in about an hour or less- no appointment required. Times may vary based on certain external circumstances, but this service is all about getting you on your way and back to the important parts of your day.

What vehicles are eligible for Mercedes- Benz Premier Express service?
All Mercedes Benz models, not matter the year, are eligible for Premier Express.

Do I need to schedule an appointment with Premier Express?
There is no appointment necessary for Premier Express Service. If your vehicle qualifies for the service, then one of service specialist will ensure you are taken care of. If you prefer to make an appointment, you can schedule your service online.

What Services are included in Mercedes Benz Premier Express?
Some services included in Premier express are: Flat Tire Repair, State Inspection, Mercedes-Benz A Service, & Mercedes-Benz B Service.

This service is offered to all clients who have purchased a vehicle through a Park Place Lexus dealership. Anyone needing a major service or repair that cannot be done on a wait basis, and who lives in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex and surrounding areas, is offered complimentary pick-up and delivery service.

Do I need an appointment when bringing my car in for service?
We recommend that any service (other than an emergency) should be scheduled to ensure your service is performed as quickly as possible. For your convenience, you can schedule service online

Does Park Place Porsche provide loan vehicles?
We do provide loan vehicles by appointment for any service that will take over two hours. For more information on our loan vehicle policy, please review our alternate transportation page. Additionally, we offer a shuttle service to and from your location within 15 miles from the Park Place Porsche dealership.

How do I drop off my vehicle before or after hours (early-bird)?
Dropping your vehicle off after hours is easy. Park Place Porsche has an early-bird drop off box. Please leave your vehicle under the covered service drive and deposit your key in the drop off box located in the service drive area.

Should I fill my tires with standard air or should I use nitrogen?
Park Place Porsche is one of the only dealerships that now offer nitrogen to fill your tires instead of standard air to keep your high performance vehicle at top performance. When it comes to tire inflation, nitrogen has many advantages over oxygen. With nitrogen tire inflation, improvements can be noted in a vehicle's handling, fuel efficiency and tire life through better tire pressure retention, improved fuel economy and cooler running tire temperatures.

Does Park Place Porsche detail vehicles?
Absolutely. At Park Place Porsche we provide hand detailing services that include a brushless wash, an all cotton towel hand dry, and we vacuum and steam clean carpets and floor mats, as well as hand wax paint surfaces and end with a high speed buff. Have any "dings?" We also offer repair for minor body blemishes by performing paintless dent repair, which does not require extensive body shop work.

What do I do if my Porsche becomes disabled?
Call Porsche Roadside Service at 1-800-PORSCHE and they will dispatch a roadside technician and flatbed tow truck to repair your vehicle or make arrangements to have it brought to the nearest Porsche dealership. If your vehicle is out of factory warranty please call Jordan's Towing at 972-380-6300, and tell them you are a Park Place client. Your vehicle will be towed to the Park Place Porsche service facility and a Park Place service representative will contact you to confirm the vehicle has arrived and review any concerns.

Absolutely. As an authorized Land Rover dealer, we will service vehicles for clients who did not purchase from us. In many cases we also offer "Pick-up and Delivery"

WHAT IS PICK AND DELIVERY SERVICE?
Park Place Land Rover DFW provides complimentary pick-up and delivery from Land Rover DFW for qualified services. This means that a dedicated team member will drive to you, pick up your vehicle that needs service, and then delivery your vehicle once the service is completed. Qualified services include: scheduled repair, maintenance package services, or warranty repair. Clients also have the option of pick-up with a loan car by appointment.
