With more than 17 years at Park Place Volvo, Germaine Ambres leads as the General Manager. Prior to this he served as New Car Director for nearly 9 years, showcasing his expertise and commitment to excellence. Throughout his career, Germaine has achieved numerous accolades, including Salesperson of the Year, two-time Coach of the Year and Dealership Member of the Year.

Germaine holds a bachelor's degree in biblical counseling from Pillsbury College and Seminary, bringing a unique blend of compassion and leadership to his role. His strong interpersonal skills, coupled with a commitment to supporting his team and serving his clients, make him a standout leader.

Outside of work, he enjoys creating traditional Southern dishes. "I'm Cajun and Creole, so I like making gumbo and real comfort foods. But I also love Italian! I make a mean lasagna."

Germaine married his college sweetheart and they have one daughter. He is an active member of his local church where he has served in many capacities, including a deacon, prison minister, and providing biblical counseling for marriages.

As an avid reader on the topic of leadership, one of his favorite quotes is from the legendary NFL coach, Vince Lombardi, who said: "I firmly believe that any man's finest hour, the greatest fulfillment of all that he holds dear, is that moment when he has worked his heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the field of battle - victorious."
