Charles S. Owen III started working as a Porter at a local car dealership while still attending Coppell High School, graduating in 1999. He worked there for 13 years, moving up to Inventory Manager, Sales Consultant, Fleet/Internet Sales, Internet Manager, Finance Director, Sales Manager and Pre-Owned Director.
In 2009 he joined Park Place Lexus in Plano as a Sales & Leasing Consultant. Six months later he was promoted to Pre-Owned Manager at Park Place Lexus Grapevine, and later progressed to New Car Sales Director.

In 2022, Charles attended the Asbury Class at the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) GM Academy. Upon graduation, he was promoted to General Manager of Park Place Lexus Grapevine.
Charles and his wife April, a former Miss Coppell High School, will celebrate 20 years of marriage July 5, 2023. April taught elementary school for 20 years. They have two daughters: Riley, 18, and Audrey, 14.Â

Charles spends his free time at home in Argyle or on their Ranch in Nocona, Texas.Â
"My wife and kids will tell you that I have to be doing something, he doesn't ever sit still and just watches TV! I like to keep myself busy doing anything outside around the house or now at the Ranch. It seems that most of my time is spent mowing, cleaning or organizing my garage."
