this, we launched Park Place University, our own unique training and
development program, to ensure that all Members become Experts in
Excellence.

Park Place University provides each Member with a
personalized training program. The on-boarding and job-specific training
are designed to equip and engage members so they can excel in their
respective positions. Training at Park Place begins the moment you begin
your employment with Foundations, our new-hire orientation program. It
continues throughout your career with targeted training and coaching,
much of which is developed and delivered in-house.
