Park Place is committed to delivering exceptional service, from the minute you enter our showroom or website, throughout the life of your vehicle and beyond. Toward this end, we value any feed back or comments you may have.
When using the Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain information that could reasonably be used to identify you personally ("Personally Identifiable Information"). Personally Identifiable Information may include your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and mobile telephone number, as well as certain information about your vehicle, including the VIN number. For example, we may collect Personally Identifiable Information when you send us an e-mail or we seek feedback from you about the Site or our products and services in the form of a questionnaire or survey. We will only collect your Personally Identifiable Information when you voluntarily provide it to us.
When using the App, we may ask you to provide us with certain Personally Identifiable Information if you elect to use certain features of the App. If you are our existing customer and we have your Personally Identifiable Information about you in our files, we may pre-populate certain portions of our App with this information if you elect to use certain features of the App.
If you choose to purchase products or services from us through the App, we will not store your payment information.
When you visit the Site and App, we may also collect from you certain information that does not identify you personally, such as an IP host address, the pages of the Site or sections of the App viewed, the browser type, the Site and/or App usage, and other data which do not identify any individual personally ("Aggregate Information"). When your computer contacts our web servers (for example, when you visit the Site, view an HTML e-mail or download material from the Site) or when your phone accesses the App, Aggregate Information may be collected automatically. We also may determine the applicable technology available to provide you with the most appropriate version of a web page, e-mail or similar service, or the App.
Neither the Site nor the App engages in the collection of personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or online services. We have not authorized any third party to collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you visit the Site or the App. Thus, neither the Site nor the App responds to web browser "do not track" track signals or other similar mechanisms.
Except as explained below, when you share Personally Identifiable Information with us, such information is used to: (i) deliver the products or provide the services you request, (ii) process your payment for the product or service you requested, (iii) inform you about our products and services and changes affecting our products and services, which may include offers from us and our affiliated companies, and (iv) improve and enhance the Site and/or App. If you provide Personally Identifiable Information to us, we will take all reasonable and appropriate steps to protect it from unauthorized disclosure.
In addition to the uses of Personally Identifiable Information explained above, by giving us your telephone and/or mobile telephone number, you expressly authorize us to contact you by telephone. Please be advised that your wireless carrier may charge you for any calls, and other charges may apply.
We may also conduct joint promotions with other companies from time to time. We may share with our promotional partners (and their service providers) certain Personally Identifiable Information as necessary to conduct the promotion. We will not share this information with our promotional partners for any other purpose unless you provide us with your consent to do so.
We may also combine the information we collect about you at the Site with information available to us from other sources. For example, you may provide Personally Identifiable Information to us at other Park Place websites or our co-promoter or sponsors may provide us with information, including Personally Identifiable Information, about users who choose to participate in a promotional opportunity the co-promoter or sponsor is offering with us.
Only in the following circumstances will we disclose your Personally Identifiable Information to any third party who is not affiliated with, a business partner of or a sponsor of Park Place without your express consent: (i) to provide our products or services to you, including to process your payment card used through our Site or App (ii) to provide marketing services on our behalf; (iii) in connection with the sale or merger of Park Place, (iv) as required by courts or administrative agencies, and (v) to the extent required to permit us to investigate suspected fraud, harassment or other violations of any law, rule or regulation, the Site or App rules or policies, or the rights of third parties or any other suspected conduct we deem improper. We may also use the information you provide to us to improve the content of our Site or App or to contact you for marketing purposes.
We may use and disclose Aggregate Information to improve and enhance your experience on the Site and the App, and for other purposes. For example, from time to time, we may use and share Aggregate Information with third parties to show general demographic and preference information among users of the Site and the App. In these circumstances, the shared information will neither contain nor be linked to any Personally Identifiable Information.
In addition to cookies, the Site uses a variety of technical methods for tracking purposes, including web beacons. Web beacons are small pieces of data that are embedded in images on the pages of websites. We also use these technical methods to analyze the traffic patterns on the Site, such as the frequency with which our users visit various parts of the Site.
We appreciate your questions and comments about the Site or the App, and welcome your email messages to mailboxes listed on the Site or App. We will share your messages with those within our organization who are most capable of addressing the issues contained in your message. We will keep a copy of your message until we have had an opportunity to address your concerns. We may archive your message for a certain period of time or discard it, but your email address will not be used for any other purpose.
The security of your Personally Identifiable Information is very important to us. However, due to the inherent open nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that communications between you and us, or information stored on the Site or transmitted through the App or our servers, will be completely free from unauthorized access by third parties such as hackers, and your use of the Site and the App is at your own risk. We have put in place reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect, including limiting access to the Personally Identifiable Information contained on our servers. Only those employees and our agents who need access to your information to perform their duties are authorized to have access to your Personally Identifiable Information.
Keeping information accurate and up to date is important to us. An individual may see and correct their Personally Identifiable Information that we collect. Contact us at the address provided above if you wish to verify your Personally Identifiable Information.
