Try one, sample a few with a combo meal, or for a true carnivorous binge, order The Baron – an eye-popping platter of beef, chicken, pork, ham, pastrami, turkey, sausage and ribs, served with two large side dishes.
It sounds like a lot to digest – and it is, literally – but when you have one of the finest BBQ chefs in the world slow-cooking delicate meats over aromatic wood in high-end JR Oyler smokers (what Las Vegas Weekly called “the Cadillac of smokers,” this menu may present the hardest decision you’ll make your whole visit!
