Meet the new and improved Park Place Preferred Mobile App. It has been updated with some of the most-requested features from our clients, making it an even more useful tool for enhancing your ownership experience.


NEW FEATURES FOR IOS USERS:

  • Home button at the bottom left of every screen, making it easier to view your vehicle details no matter where you are in the app.

  • Rewards button at the bottom of every screen, giving you persistent, one-touch access to your custom list of Preferred Rewards.

  • Update your preferred service location, even if you purchased your vehicle at a different dealership:

On the home screen, select the Schedule Service button. 

Select Change in the upper right corner of the screen. 

Select a new service location from the list. This location will be stored for future service appointments, and can be changed again at any time.

I am not able to register within the app. How do I fix this?

You must use the email address already associated with your Park Place account. If you continue to have problems, please try entering a different email address. If you still have problems, please email apphelp@parkplace.com for support.

Why can't I see my vehicle information within the app?

How do I change my primary vehicle? 

Assigning a new primary vehicle is a simple process: 

  • Sign in to the app. 
  • Tap on Menu in the upper left hand corner. 
  • Tap on Account>Vehicle List, then tap on Edit in the upper right corner. 
  • You will see an icon with three lines beside each vehicle listed. Tap and drag the icon beside the vehicle you would like to designate up to the primary vehicle spot. 
  • Tap Done.

I get an error message while using Express Pay. How do I fix this? 

Verify that you have entered your name, credit card number, expiration date and security code correctly. If you still have problems, please contact your dealership to resolve the issue.

My vehicles aren't displayed in the app. How do I fix this?

Which iOS devices are compatible with the app?  

The app requires a device with iOS 7.0 or newer. This currently includes the following: 

 iPhone 4 

iPhone 4s 

iPhone 5 

iPhone 5c 

iPhone 5s 

iPhone 6 

iPhone 6 Plus 

iPhone 6s 

iPhone 6s Plus

Which Android devices are compatible with the app? 

The app is currently compatible with Android SDK 4.0 or greater.

What do I do if the app freezes or crashes? 

First, try powering off your phone and restarting: 

  • Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on the top of your device until the red slider appears, then drag the slider to turn your device completely off. 

  • After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.

If this doesn't resolve your issue, you can try deleting and reinstalling the app on your phone: 

  • From your home screen, press and hold your finger on the Park Place Dealerships app icon. 
  • The icon will begin to wobble and an X will appear in the top left corner of the icon. 
  • Tap the X. Your phone will ask you to confirm your decision to delete the app. Tap Delete. 
  • The app will disappear from the screen and has been deleted from your phone. 
  • To reinstall the app, open the App Store app on your phone and search for Park Place Dealerships. Tap Install.
